COMMON QUESTIONS

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad and cancel TVSTATIC from there. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. This permanently removes your profile, content, and data. You can also email us at tvstatic.hub@gmail.com and we'll handle it within 48 hours.

How do I report a user or post?

Tap the menu on any post or visit a user's profile and select Report. You can also report comments using the Report option in the comment thread. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

I can't access my account. What do I do?

Try Forgot Password from the sign-in screen. If you signed up with Apple or Google, make sure you're using the same method. If you're still locked out, email us and we'll help recover your account.

How do I get a refund?

Subscriptions are billed through Apple. For refund requests, use Apple's Report a Problem page. For marketplace purchases made directly through TVSTATIC.hub, email us within 7 days of the transaction.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Email tvstatic.hub@gmail.com with a description of what happened, what screen you were on, and your device and iOS version. Screenshots or screen recordings help a lot.
