1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on TVSTATIC.hub, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Community Guidelines

TVSTATIC.hub is a platform for creators — musicians, filmmakers, photographers, writers, and artists of all kinds. We expect all members to respect each other. The following are prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, or threatening other users
• Hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
• Posting sexually explicit content without proper age verification
• Spam, scams, or fraudulent activity
• Impersonating other users or public figures
• Uploading content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights
• Sharing personal information of others without consent
• Violence, threats of violence, or content that promotes self-harm

3. Content Moderation

We review all reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. Violating content will be removed and offending accounts may be suspended or permanently banned. You can report any user or content using the flag button (···) on any post or profile.

You may also block any user at any time. Blocking a user removes their content from your feed immediately and prevents further contact.

4. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Account deletion removes your profile, posts, and associated data from the platform.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By posting on TVSTATIC.hub, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content on the platform. You may remove your content at any time by deleting the post or your account.

6. In-App Purchases

TVSTATIC.hub offers a paid subscription ("Static") with additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled through the App Store or Stripe per their respective policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

TVSTATIC.hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or user-generated content posted by others.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app.
